Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping rates and delivery times will vary depending on your location. International customers are responsible for any customs or import fees.
Please note: Some licensed products may have shipping restrictions due to regional licensing agreements. If an item cannot be shipped to your country, we’ll notify you at checkout or via email.
My order arrived damaged—what should I do?
Oh no! Please email us at support@forgepanda.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the damage and your order number—we’ll make it right.
Can I return my order?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Forge Panda. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 7 days of receiving it.
Please contact us to initiate the return process. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund for the purchase price. Please note that we do not offer returns or refunds for custom orders.
